2. Why do my calls get cut off automatically after 10 minutes?

Your FlexiRoam pass is subject to a fair usage limit of 10 minutes per call. However, you can always make and receive unlimited number of calls with the flat rate charged per day.

You can receive and make as many calls as you want per day, but there is a limit of 10 minutes per call. Calls will be disconnected once the limit of 10 minute is exceeded. You are welcome to make/receive another after the first is disconnected.
