THANKSFR Promo Terms & Conditions

1. FlexiRoam

“FlexiRoam” means FlexiRoam Limited ACN 143 777 397 and its subsidiaries, related entities, related bodies corporate and affiliates including Reapfield Technology Sdn Bhd, FlexiRoam Asia Limited and FlexiRoam Sdn Bhd an international roaming service provider and is also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the company”. 

2. Acceptance

By using or attempting to use the promotional code for this Offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions which include the Website Terms and Conditions   [ https://www.flexiroam.com/en-us/terms-and-conditions ] (‘the Offer Terms’).

3. Offer Period

This Offer commences at 00:00 GMT+0 on [22/11/2024] and is available for a limited time only, until 23:59 GMT+0 [25/11/2024] (“Offer Period”). FlexiRoam reserves the right to change or cancel the Offer at any time, without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

This Offer is available to all new and existing FlexiRoam customers. The Promo Code is only available for purchases made on the FlexiRoam App and on website at www.flexiroam.com

5. Conditions

This Offer entitles you to a 50% discount (excluding shipping costs for physical SIM cards) on ALL 5GB+ Plans  (excluding Unlimited) during the Offer Period.  The Offer is not valid for wallet payment or wallet top up. The Offer is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. 

6. Redemption

To redeem this Offer during the Offer Period, enter the promotional code THANKSFR (‘the Promo Code’) into the discount code box upon checkout on the FlexiRoam app or website. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other FlexiRoam offer, coupon or voucher. You can use the Promo Code multiple times during the Offer Period. The Promo Code is provided to you as a FlexiRoam user and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis.

7. FlexiRoam Rights

Without limiting other remedies and in addition to FlexiRoam’s rights under the Offer Terms, FlexiRoam reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this Offer in circumstances where FlexiRoam believes you have provided false information or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Offer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlexiRoam will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the Offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Offer.

9. Changes

FlexiRoam reserves the right to vary the Offer Terms at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on www.flexiroam.com

10. Monetary amounts

All monetary amounts specified in these Terms and Conditions are in USD.

11. Jurisdiction

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
