“FlexiRoam” means FlexiRoam Limited ACN 143 777 397 and its subsidiaries, related entities, related bodies corporate and affiliates including Reapfield Technology Sdn Bhd, FlexiRoam Asia Limited and FlexiRoam Sdn Bhd an international roaming service provider and is also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the company”.
By using or attempting to use the promotional code for this Offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions which include the Website Terms and Conditions [ insert link ] (‘the Offer Terms’).
This Offer commences at 00:00 GMT+0 on [ insert date ] and is available for a limited time only, until 23:59 GMT+0 [ insert date ] (“Offer Period”). FlexiRoam reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time.
This Offer is available to all new FlexiRoam customers who have not purchased a Data Plan. The Promo Code is only available for purchases made on the FlexiRoam App and on FlexiRoam.com
This Offer entitles you to 30% off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding shipping costs for physical SIM cards) on all Data Plans during the Offer Period. The Offer is not valid for wallet payment or wallet top up. The Offer is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
To redeem this Offer during the Offer Period, enter the promotional code 30OFF (‘the Promo Code’) into the discount code box during checkout on the FlexiRoam App. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other FlexiRoam offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the Promo Code once during the Offer Period. The Promo Code is provided to you as a new FlexiRoam User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis.
Without limiting other remedies and in addition to FlexiRoam’s rights under the Offer Terms, FlexiRoam reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this Offer in circumstances where FlexiRoam believes you have provided false information or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Offer.
To the extent permitted by law, FlexiRoam will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the Offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Offer.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
