1.1. The competition is organized by Flexiroam (the "Organizer"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. The Competition is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.
3.1. The Competition begins on 27th June at 9.00 AEST and ends August 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm AEST (the "Competition Period").
3.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must: a. Follow @flexiroam on Instagram. b. Tag three friends in the comments of the Competition post. c. Comment on the Competition post. d. Alternatively, participants can share the Competition post in their Instagram stories.
4.2. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, provided each entry tags different friends.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
5.1. The prize for the Competition is $5,000 contribution towards the winner's next holiday (the "Prize").
5.2. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6.1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 6.2. The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of the Competition Period.
6.3. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days following the draw.
6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
7.2. The Organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of the Prize.
9.1. Any personal data collected during the course of the Competition will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
9.2. Participants are providing information to the Organizer and not to Instagram.
10.1. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
10.2. By participating, participants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
11.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
