Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the promotional code for this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Offer Period. This offer commences at 00:00 GMT+0 on 12 April 2024 and is available for a limited time only, until 23:59 GMT+0 16 April 2024 (“Offer Period”). FlexiRoam reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
- Eligibility. This offer is available to all new FlexiRoam customers who have not made a purchase.
- Conditions. This offer entitles you to 30% off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding shipping costs for physical SIM cards) on all Regional and Global 3GB+ plans during the Offer Period. Offer is not valid for wallet payment or wallet top up. Promo Code is only available for In-App Purchases.
- Redemption. To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the promotional code 30OFF into the discount code box during checkout in-app. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other FlexiRoam offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the promotional code once during the Offer Period. The code is provided to you as a new FlexiRoam User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis.
- FlexiRoam rights. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to FlexiRoam’s rights under the User Agreement, FlexiRoam reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this offer in circumstances where FlexiRoam believes you have provided false information, or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, FlexiRoam will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the offer.

- Monetary amounts. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in US dollars (USD).
- Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
